Playcall/OT Glitch

I had an issue in CUT. I was playing Heisman Hustle and went into overtime. During my offensive drive, I got a play called into Booth Review. The booth review stayed with the call on field. After that, my playcall menu never reappeared and the playclock kept going until freezing at 19. The game was still "active" but no running clock/playclock and no playcall menu. I can pause the game and go through all the menus. But I can't call timeout in game or on the pause menu. After about 15-20min of just waiting in game for something to happen, I eneded up quitting.
