How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sim until the the preseason of season two, and find a low rated undrafted free agent with a hidden dev trait and either start him or play a few snaps with him. He will not gain any snaps towards the dev trait.
What happens when the bug occurs? Undrafted free agents with hidden dev traits do not gain any snaps towards revealing their trait when they play
What do you expect to see? When the rookie plays, I expect him to work like every other drafted rookie
