playing head to head online plays i pick are not the plays i picked ?

when playing online head to head , in oicking a play  . formation catagorey is a blank page blacked out . choosing by suggestion , i piick a play and wen break huddle its not the play i picked and if i audiable the players all huddle up on the line and i get a penalty. pluss wen i pick certian plays it goes to punt the ball , can you help me with this problem . im playing on ps4 madden 18
