[PlayStation] Mut 16 redeem code does not work

Update (via EA_Nils): Greetings everyone,

This thread contains reports from PlayStation players not able to redeem their pre-order redemption code. The good news is that according to the latest posts within the thread, this issue has been resolved on the PS3 and codes are now being accepted and are redeeming successfully.

However, there are still some affected users on PS4 for whom the codes are still not working. We are looking into these reports and will update you all as soon as we know more.

Just got a few questions:

Can you let me know which platform you are on?

Can you let me know what the associated Gamertag or PSN ID is?

And what type of code (is it a pre-order one? If so for which edition?) is it that you are trying to redeem?
