Points Purchasing Error Madden 21
I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?
I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

I am seeing this issue for the first time on Sunday October 4th, and ongoing as of the morning, Monday October 6th.

Just to confirm, have you all tried power cycling your consoles to see if that helps at all? For more info on how to do that check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still having any problems adding points after that.

it might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale”
This says this for anything I try to purchase. I’m on Is PS4

It’s not Sony it’s EA. You can buy the points in PS store but you can’t use them in madden store. Why do we need to go on Twitter when EA customer service should be stepping up?

Can you walk me through what you're doing when this happens?
When you get this error, did you previously purchase points just moments prior?- @EA_Blueberry This started happening after there was a glitch were you could buy unlimited weekly elite packs in MUT. The store was disabled and it never restored. I havent purchased in a few weeks directly from the store but i dont buy often anyways. On Xbox1 If i go into the MUT store with insufficient funds for a purchase i get a notice that I dont have enough points to purchase the pack. Would i like to purchase? Selecting yes bring up a purchasing error. "No points offers were found. Please check back later." If i tried something similar from the main menu Store i get the same error.

What are you seeing when you're trying to buy points? Does it give you a particular error? Also, which system do you play on?/Kent
