I am seeing this issue for the first time on Sunday October 4th, and ongoing as of the morning, Monday October 6th.

Just to confirm, have you all tried power cycling your consoles to see if that helps at all? For more info on how to do that check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still having any problems adding points after that.

Hey all,
Thanks for following up.What happens if you just go straight to the Xbox store to try adding the points rather than purchasing them in-game? Do you still run into the same error?

Hundreds of people across the nation are having this issue. Your question is have we reset our console? Yes I turned it off and on over the last two weeks. Yes I'm sure every other person is turned it off too. Yes this is a known issue. Are you searching to find the answer to this or are you being facetious
