Points Purchasing Error Madden 21
I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?
I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

What happens if you just go straight to the Xbox store to try adding the points rather than purchasing them in-game? Do you still run into the same error?

I’m having this same issue on XB1
Same here on PS4. M21 very buggy.
I purchased 2200 points through the store for $20. They have not shown up. When I try to load them it says there are no points available. When I sell a player in the auction it says the servers are unavailable. It just appears as though I'm not able to use the auction house I can't buy packs I can't add points but I can slow grind...

When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up the account and look into those missing points. Unfortunately we don't have a way to look into missing points here on Answers HQ.

If you're still getting an error when you're trying to purchase points, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Xbox or PlayStation support team so they can take a look. Since the purchases would be going through the Xbox or PSN store, I'm afraid we don't have the visibility to see what might be blocking it. Im having this problem on a PS4, from the game I downloaded from the PlayStation store. “There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale.”
same error message for almost a week. Software is up to date as of October 8, 2020.- @EA_Kent I just tried to purchase in game and had an error saying item can’t be found buy bought 10.00 worth via PS Store and it still hasn’t loaded. So mine was from the actual store since it was unavailable in game
Any solutions for same problem on PS4?
im having the same issue but on pc
Buying in the Microsoft store is the only way I can get them. Been getting that error message for month and half.

@rfazz Thanks for the details. Have you reached out to Xbox Support to see if there is anything from the account side that could be causing this on your Gamertag?
Although it's our game's content you're purchasing, the transaction ultimately processes through the Xbox store with credit card information added to your Microsoft account.Microsoft said there is nothing wrong on their side. That it’s a game issue.
I just did that and I didn’t get any points do I just wasted money

To everyone impacted by this, please let me know the following and we'll get this raised up to the team.
- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- Platform you play on
- When did this start happening? (day/time as close as possible)
- What pack(s) did you try to purchase
- Are you able to add points through the Microsoft store as a workaround?
If you are missing your points after having funds deducted from your account, please double-check your purchase history to verify the transaction has processed. If it's processed, try power cycling your console so your connection is reestablished with our servers. This helps push content through to your EA account.
If the points are still not there, please contact our Support team and be ready to provide a proof of purchase. Once they can verify the points were not granted they will make sure they land on your account.EA Help on Twitter

- EA_Blueberry@craig3267 Did the points show up for you after a power cycle with the console?
I bought from the Playstation store and didn't get any points until the next day. I was trying to buy a pack that was going to go away at midnight
