When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up the account and look into those missing points. Unfortunately we don't have a way to look into missing points here on Answers HQ.
For more information on how to set up a case with them please check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.

If you're still getting an error when you're trying to purchase points, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Xbox or PlayStation support team so they can take a look. Since the purchases would be going through the Xbox or PSN store, I'm afraid we don't have the visibility to see what might be blocking it.
