I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?
I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

What happens if you just go straight to the Xbox store to try adding the points rather than purchasing them in-game? Do you still run into the same error?

Im having this problem on a PS4, from the game I downloaded from the PlayStation store. “There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale.”
same error message for almost a week. Software is up to date as of October 8, 2020.
