Points Purchasing Error Madden 21

I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?

    I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

Thanks for following up. 

What happens if you just go straight to the Xbox store to try adding the points rather than purchasing them in-game? Do you still run into the same error?

@EA_Kent I just tried to purchase in game and had an error saying item can’t be found buy bought 10.00 worth via PS Store and it still hasn’t loaded. So mine was from the actual store since it was unavailable in game
