Points Purchasing Error Madden 21
I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?
I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

If you're still having trouble adding points, and none of the suggestions from this thread have helped, it would be best to reach out to either Xbox or PlayStation Support so they can take a look. This has been happening for the last week for myself. I get the error Funds can not be added to your wallet. Mind you I have made purchases before, this is unacceptable

Do you have a negative point balance within Madden 21? If so, you will need to contact PlayStation Support to verify your transaction history.

For those reporting this, do you have a negative point balance?
I also recommend checking the email address associated with your EA account in the event an action may have been taken on your Madden profile limiting you from purchasing points.- EA_Blueberry
