Points Purchasing Error Madden 21

I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?

    I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

If you're still having trouble adding points, and none of the suggestions from this thread have helped, it would be best to reach out to either Xbox or PlayStation Support so they can take a look. Unfortunately we don't have much visibility on purchase issues going through platform-specific stores. You can find more information on how to contact them at the following links:

If you're having trouble making a purchase through Origin you can also speak with the EA Help team so they can take a look. For more info on how to reach them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well if you prefer.
