To everyone impacted by this, please let me know the following and we'll get this raised up to the team.
- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- Platform you play on
- When did this start happening? (day/time as close as possible)
- What pack(s) did you try to purchase
- Are you able to add points through the Microsoft store as a workaround?
If you are missing your points after having funds deducted from your account, please double-check your purchase history to verify the transaction has processed. If it's processed, try power cycling your console so your connection is reestablished with our servers. This helps push content through to your EA account.
If the points are still not there, please contact our Support team and be ready to provide a proof of purchase. Once they can verify the points were not granted they will make sure they land on your account.

I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them
