Points Purchasing Error Madden 21

I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?

    I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

Thanks for following up. 

What happens if you just go straight to the Xbox store to try adding the points rather than purchasing them in-game? Do you still run into the same error?

@EA_Kent It let me purchase the points but then they don’t go onto my account what should I do from this step

    @craig3267 Did the points show up for you after a power cycle with the console?
