Points Purchasing Error Madden 21

I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?

    I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

What are you seeing when you're trying to buy points? Does it give you a particular error? Also, which system do you play on?
