Points Purchasing Error Madden 21

I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?

    I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

Thanks for following up. 

What happens if you just go straight to the Xbox store to try adding the points rather than purchasing them in-game? Do you still run into the same error?

I have this error almost every time I try to buy packs. I have to close the whole game down and reopen (takes about 3 min) not a huge deal, but still a waste of time. Is there a fix for this besides just restarting the game? You would think the EA would be right on an issue like this.

    I have the same problem all this week. Today is 12-18-2020 so y needs to fix there *. I can't buy anything on cod either
