Poor customer service
EA, dose not want to resolve the issues that I have had. I get the run around from your customer service.
They are rude and do not care about me or my money or time spent on your games and packs!
My issues have been going on for 5 weeks and I'm told, just to eat my loses!
Which is poor customer service.
I realize EA only cares about money you spend and not the customers unless your a YouTube channel. And promote the game to get people to buy packs.
After thousands of dollars on games and packs my loyalty means nothing to your brand.
Just like this email will have no resolution to it either.
As a company you can do better and should.
I deserve to be treated better and compensated completely.
But once again I will not.
If I could really speak to someone else higher up in the food chain than the script reading customer support people would be better.
Or if I could reach the president of the company and explain my distress with the situation at hand then maybe I could get what I have had taken and changes could be made to this whole process.
Thanks for nothing but take your loses and go away is not appreciated by your staff.
