Pre-Order Bonus from Gamestop

Hello,

I preordered standard physical edition from gamestop. Preorder bonus code prints in receipt in format of 1234-5678-1234-5678 with instructions to put it into MaddenRewards.

I login to MaddenRewards, and put in the code in the "code redemption" section, it tells me that it is either incorrect, used, or invalid. Was anyone successful? My code a dud for some reason? What format did you follow if you were successful, like do you put in the "-"s or does upper case matter? What do I do if it continues to not work?
