I cant figure out how to redeem my code. Its asking for a 12 digit code on ps4 and i have a 16 digit code. I did get a starter pack but not sure if i messed something up or what code to put in. Is the code all numbers or numbers and letters? between the walmart pre order card and the free strategy guides, vudu code i have no idea what to use
In your case there should be a paper with the cover art of the game on one side, and on the backside a 12 digit/letter code. It's in the white box at the top of the sheet. If you don't have that, make sure your cover says "Ultimate Edition" on it, if not, Walmart gave you the regular edition.
- Bought Xbox one madden bundle. Download code can't be found or is invalid. Walmart said call xbox live. Xbox live said call EA. EA says we don't have replacement code bc the game is new. Go get a new one from Walmart. HELP!!!!! I'm in video game hell.
