Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take pride in your job. All I see on this web page is people complaining of the inconsistencies. People pay their hard earned money on this game. I buy 2 copies every year. Just do your damn job and stop putting out updates when it’s riddled with bugs and errors.
What happens when the bug occurs? Preseason injuries disappear once regular season Week 1 game begins.
What do you expect to see? I honestly don’t know why I am wasting my time writing this because I know your team will not fix it. What I should expect... what the 2k team would do is take these reports seriously and fix them.

Start a franchise, go through preseason. Check for injuries!! It can be your team or others.
Actually play your 1st regular season game. Do not simulate. If there were injuries that took place on your team or opponents team during the preseason that should’ve carried into your regular season, you will notice they’re all gone. Nobody is injured!
When you get done your game, you will notice that THERE ARE ZERO INJURIES FOR THE ENTIRE LEAGUE!
All injuries get wiped out as soon as you play your game for whatever reason. It’s just another bug that makes this game unrealistic. This game has so much potential, but the EA team does not take these reports serious enough.
