Prime Gaming content in Madden 22 not showing up

I have been unable access the six Madden 22 content packs that I got through Prime Gaming throughout 2022.  It just says "Pending" on all six of the packs.  I have created a case with EA to investigate, and I have not gotten a consistent response yet.  I've shown the reps that I own the content, that it was applied to my EA account, but when I load Madden 22 on my laptop, none of the content comes through.  This is a new laptop, so I expected to see the content as I had before.  The last (and fourth) customer support representative told me to report a bug in Origin/Madden 22, since they are unable to do anything to restore the content.

I've unlinked and relinked my Prime Gaming content to my EA Account, and the content still does not show up.

And there is no going to Amazon/Prime Gaming.  They have already fully punted and said this is 100% an Electronic Arts issue.  So I'm stuck right now, with none of the content applied to my game.
