Problem with downloading Madden 21

Not really sure but we can all help figure this out for you.

It helps to let us know the following:

• Are you getting an error message? If so we need to know the exact error message
• Do you have enough space on your hard drive?
• Does a power cycle with your console help the installation become successful?
• Is this a disc or digital copy of the game? 
• Is the game being shared to you?
• Do you use an external hard drive?

How to power cycle your PS4 console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

The message that I am getting is Cannot start the application (CE-30005-8)
