ps3 ultimate madden 16

i have been experiencing some glitches on draft mode and ultimate team. When i go to certain pages like the lineups it seems like the buttons X and O switch functions and i can't go back so i must reset the PS3 or leave the game. On draft mode i can't draft the players or adjust the lineup, same in ultimate mode. It really starting to get on my nerves, can anyone help me?
