ps3 version of madden 15 keeps freezing

Loading screen freezes...I check game stats after game and it freezes..this is for everything...can I please get an answer for this I do see others with the same issue and no response from EA. You guys need email base to talk to customers. You should have know there would be some complaint on a new game just put out right? Please advise ASAP

On my Madden 15 on PS3 the game keeps freezing on the loading screen after playing a game in my offline CCM. I play a game, hit quit ones I'm done looking at stats and when it goes to loading screen to get back to my CCM menu it freezes. It was doing it about 60% of the time before and in the last 3 days it has gone up to 100% of the time. THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE! Period! Point! Blank! PLEASE EA fix this problem ASAP! Please.

Understand you don't want people spamming this board, but this issue has run rampant, and basically makes the game unplayable. With all of the complaints, is EA planning to address this anytime soon??

Ok guys, I've found a temporary solution to the PS3 offline CCM freezing after completing a game and going to loading screen that takes you to the CCM menu after a game. It's a pain in the F-ING A$$ but so far it has worked for me in the past 5 games I've played (which are 15 min qtrs by the way!). Before you even start the game (disc not sure about digital copy?) Step1: go to "Game Data Utility" and delete Madden 15 file and there should only be one file there to choose from, also by deleting this file it will NOT corrupt any of your other files in "Save Data Utility" example; settings, user file, rosters, etc. Step2: start game and it will do its thing by downloading and reinstalling the GDU file. Step 3: go on as regular to your offline CCM and do your thing as you would normally and then play your scheduled game. Once done with offline CCM game it should NOT freeze on you during the loading screen at the end of the game. Step 4: save your game manually emediately and do your thing till you get to your next scheduled game. SAVE offline CCM before starting that next scheduled game. Step 5: quit Madden15 and repeat Step #1. This has worked for me EVERY single time. It's a major pain in the A$$ but you will be able to play and safely progress through you offline CCM until EA stops forgetting about us on PS3s and fixes this awefull annoying problem. I hope that it works for all of you for now so you can at least get some enjoyment out of Madden 15.
