ps3 version of madden 15 keeps freezing
the game freezes every time i try to scout in connected franchise or try to check stats after a game in franchise. any help would be appreciated.

This issue has made the game unplayable and EA will not even comment on it. Does anyone know if the retailer will give a refund for selling a broken game?
