PS4 controller won't work with Madden 20 on PC

I can't properly use my PS4 controller with Madden 20 on my PC. Instead of using X to continue with something or say yes, I have to click R2. To go back, I have to click L2. I followed some tutorials...

@mferragamo71 Im having the same issue with my game, doesn't matter what controller I use. Hitting a selects an option, so does b, left trigger, and right trigger. This started happening last week and nothing that I have tried fixes it. I have no way to go through the menus as no button on the controller goes back. Its the same for games.
