I have the same problem, why ea doesn’t help us bro? It’s so annoying, we pay money to play this game that doesn’t work.

What steps have you tried so far to fix it?
Do you have plenty of space on your hard drive?
Is the game being shared to you?
Do you have any external devices plugged into your PS4?
I understand when a game isn't working it can be frustrating because troubleshooting is the last thing you want to do, but we need some extra info to dive into what's not working from your end to see what's causing this.- @EA_Blueberry I am getting the message that says “This account is invalid” for Madden20. How can I fix it. It says something about the game recording mode is on or something

Im still getting the same problem, and I really want to fix this before madden 21 comes out. The error im getting is CE-34878-0. Ive already tried all the suggestions on ps4 support but none have proven useful. Please help me. Any help is much appreciated🙂
