PS4 MUT 16 Game Changer Bundle Topper Missing

Greetings, 

Just a few moments ago I purchased the Game Changer Bundle that included an Ultimate Pack as the bundle topper. Before opening the topper I purchased the two individual Game Changer packs. I then went back to open the Ultimate Pack topper and now it is not there. I have checked my binder in case I opened it without realizing it and all my newest cards were indeed cards pulled from the Game Changer Packs (Ultimate packs gives an elite badge which I do not have among my newest cards). Please assist as soon as possible, thank you.
