PS4 Solo Challenges Freezing

Summarize your bug Challenge completed, but game doesn't realize it. Camera may follow player to sideline and stick to player indefinitely. Challenge never proceeds to exit itself... seems softlocked. Must force exit/quit myself and get no credit for challenge completion.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Madden21 solo challenges. usually early in gaming session. very frustrating because sometimes it took me several tries to meet the challenge requirements only for it not to count because the game doesn't realize the challenge is completed. It does realize that no more plays are needed so I'm just watching the player reactions until I force it to Exit.
What happens when the bug occurs? This has happened at least four nights and only seems to happen once per night early in my gaming session. It is very frustrating because sometimes it took me several tries to meet the challenge requirements only for it not to count because I have to Exit.
What do you expect to see? Expected challenge to end and get credit for completing it

it seems like each night i'm playing I'll hit this bug where I've completed the Challenge requirements but the game doesn't recognize it and the level will not exit correctly. I feel like two of the challenges have been something like score two TDs. After the 2nd TD, the camera seems to follow the player and he'll walk over to the sideline and stand there/cheer/whatever. Like the game doesn't know what state it is in. The screen will never cut away from the player and I'll be stuck just watching him. I can pause the game and sometimes call a Timeout, but that will just take me to the wide angle of the stadium and never proceed. The only option that will work is Exit. When I do that it exits, but of course I don't get credit for that challenge.
