PS4 Solo Challenges Freezing

I have the same exact Problem (except I'm on PS4) and have had the problem since launch. If I complete any challenge via Mike Evans( get a 1st down, get 25 passing yards score a TD etc..) the game will just show him going to the bench and/or the camera view just pans around the stadium. I then must quit the game, get no credit, and restart the challenge/ or game. I have uninstalled the game and re downloaded, I have sold my mike evand and purchased a new one, i have sold my power up and bought a new one, I have removed him from my lineup completely, I have reset my lineup.....nothing works. I have been force to put mike Evans as my 5th receiver on my Bucs team. I live in Tampa Bay and he's the best receiver of all time for my Bucs and I cant even use him. I haven't used him in a month and was just playing a challenge to get my Nat 50 player....kicked a squib kick forced a fumble in the 4th quarter....guess what, Evans scoop and score and i sit and watch the stadium for 5 minutes as i write this review response.....fix Mike Evans for the love of god....please!!!
