This exact thing has been happening to me since I bought this game, I'd say every 2nd or 3rd My team Challenge I complete it will freeze forcing me to back out. Its honestly been a major reason I don't play this game. I have also sent messages, and posted on Answers with no reply from EA. I check back in occasionally to see if the issue has been addressed, but it never is..
