PS4 Solo Challenges Freezing

Summarize your bug When a challenge ends with a touchdown, the screen freezes on the player celebration, audio cuts out, and the game freezes forcing me to dashboard and force end the game.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure what triggers it but it seems to happen after scoring a touchdown that ends a solo challenge.
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen freezes on TD celebration.
What do you expect to see? not sure what to write here

    I've had this problem for solo challenges and squad games.  I loved the Madden games and had very little issues until this game came out.  So frustrating!  I have no issues buying packs to help my team get better and playing the challenges, but the last two times playing in Squads I was going to the a playoffs, it froze and kicked me out of the playoffs.  It is hard enough at times to get into the playoffs, but to freeze and then lose the game and a chance at a Super Bowl is ridiculous.  If there is not a way to get reimbursed or coins/packs for all of this frustration?  If not, I will no longer be playing this game!

    @tigerliferthere exists a similar thread (see link below) where players reported that the game freezes (as it is described in this thread too) after a celebration animation by Mike Evans. I tested it myself by substituting Mike Evans' Core Elite item into my lineup. I also face this bug if I score a TD or 1st down with Mike Evans at the very end and either 1) do not select a celebration animation, or 2) if I select the 'Signature' celebration. All other celebrations do work. since I assume that he does the 'Signature' celebration if no animation is selected, I'm convinced that this animation is buggy.

    I recorded some videos and uploaded them to a youtube playlist (see my post in the thread below).

    I'd propose the following solution (as long as the issue is not solved out by the dev team): always select e.g. the 'spike' celebration in order to avoid this never ending animation.

    Alerted this to the team and was informed they plan to fix the infinite camera panning triggered by player TD celebrations in a title update scheduled to release soon.
