@J-Fezzy Do you mean that you have enough free storage on your PS5? Or in the cloud?
If your statement refers to the PS5 storage (I.e on your device), I'd guess it might be worth checking how much cloud storage (of your account) is still free as
@x--Fusi--x suggested (although I do not know how it works on PS5). I'd also guess that the fact that this issue occurs in games against the AI only might also suggest that the error is related to your cloud storage. Saved games against other human players are probably not assigned to your account (and require free cloud storage of your account) but are saved in "neutral" EA storage reserved for cloud franchises.
If your statement refers to free cloud storage, my first question would be if you have plugged in any other devices (in particular any external HDDs) into your PS5 and/or whether you have installed the game on an external HDD. I've read several times that external HDDs (and installing the game there instead of the internal HDD) might cause several issues. Unplugging all devices and installing the game on the internal HDD only would be my first approach trying to solve the issue.
