[PS5] Franchise won’t load out of game

@EA_Kent Hey Kent...I've continued to do some testing around this and I'm positive it has something to do with the memory. As I mentioned as the game progresses I start seeing a wonky behavior with cut scenes (e.g. the referee calling a penalty animation does not come up, the camera keeps panning then you are presented with the option to accept/decline the penalty). If this happen I will invariable face the Madden screen loop at the end of the game.

On this test what I did was pause the game close to the end, quit the app and then proceed to do a safe start of PS5, cleared the cache then resumed the game. It worked, I even forced a delay of game penalty and the animation was as usual and didn't face the loop when choosing the finish game after the game ended.

Definitively something going on here, hope this information is useful to try to fix it. This last testing was performed on a cloud franchise by the way.
