[PS5] H2H losses for games where loading screen never ended (custom playbooks)

Set both the Main Setting in Game Options to custom playbook ( it wants to default back to “Team Specific”)
Then set Custom Playbook under Advanced Settings after Quick Match.

I just came across this post today after being out of the office. I'm flagging this down to the team immediately for investigation. Our Support team is not able to make any adjustments to records for accounts. That is not a feature available through their tools. We will provide updates on this post as soon as we hear back from the team. Thank you for letting us know about this on the forums.

Do not use Custom Playbooks
Change your difficulty preference to All-Pro in your Madden Settings

I am getting losses for crashed games never played. I select my team and search for a match. Once matched, i go to select my gameplan and start game. The game then freezes then glitches back to select team page like I was never about to start the game. Counted losses for me every single time. This has now happened multiple games in a row. I cannot even get into a game right now without that happening. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I even tried resetting my entire system. I have great internet and never had this issue before. Yesterday, i was getting into games but games were extremely laggy. Yesterday I really only loss 2-3 games. Now my record from all these glitched losses is 9-11. This needs to be addressed and fixed asap. Records should be reset. Unbelievable. Video proof below. @BenValid Yep same thing here, completely destroyed my online record. Went from top 400 rank to unranked in the blink of an eye !!! 4-5losses in a row 0-0 cause me to become unranked, now I literally can’t get a game it’s only gotten worse
@Ohhthatsyogirll Apparently this is a custom playbook bug. I doubt they will ever adjust records so I just made a new PSN on my PS5 and sticking with stock playbooks. Games seem smooth so far so the culprit does seem to be custom playbooks. Make a new PSN to play and your record will be 0-0.
Great job EA pay early for the game and there is a massive H2H glitch ! You guys are such trash
fix this issue !!! I mean you have no issue taking our money FIX THIS ! My h2H record now 11-33 and only 4 legit games played !! Do you fools even work weekends ?! Your game comes out and people can’t play h2h online ! EA = 🗑
