PS5 Madden21 can’t connect to server

Downloaded digital copy, deleted reinstalled. Disconnected modem/router/playstation via power source and reconnected. Please advise?

Upon testing the trace routes I have discovered it is something with my ISP having a technician out tomorrow thanks for your time.

@echubz79 does this happen when you try to load into a specific mode or when you load into the game in general?
