PS5 Madden21 can’t connect to server

Downloaded digital copy, deleted reinstalled. Disconnected modem/router/playstation via power source and reconnected. Please advise?

Upon testing the trace routes I have discovered it is something with my ISP having a technician out tomorrow thanks for your time.

Did they ever mention what it specifically was and are you able to share with us who your ISP is?
