[PS5] My game keeps freezing/crashing.

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Every time I open the game, it works, but as soon as I try to play Ultimate Team, Franchise, anything really, the game freezes. Sometimes it lets me play but when I’m about to finish the game, it still freezes.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well you would have to go on my account and see it for yourself. You just play on the game, like any mode and it freeze frames you 5-15 minutes after you have started the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? It freezes on the play selection screen or like it’s loading the play, and then I have to exit out the game by going home and getting an error occurred message.
What do you expect to see? Me being able to play a full game without it freezing.

Summarize your bug During game and after game. Loading screens and lags in between plays. Freeze after exiting game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Patch update, fix bugs.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes. Have to close application and reopen.
What do you expect to see? Play game with no lag. Be able to exit without crash to save franchise.

First, try booting in Safe Mode and choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

If that does not help, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

Hi, bought the dynasty edition and still have not been able to play franchise mode. Game closes after "Accept and Report".... I should be reimbursed for paying $120. Anyone else have this issue?

Yea, I'm pretty frustrated right now. Every time I chat with support they just request me to wait. Worst part is that early access has passed and this is still an issue. As of now they wont commit to refunds/reimbursements they want me to wait it out. I asked for a refund and whoever I was chatting with left the chat...

What safe mode is there on the PS5?, Obviously EA put out a flawed product and should fix it, or refund all of us. Never had a game on a PS ever crash, and it is constant with this piece of crap
