PSN Login Error

Whenever I try to use the PlayStation login option, I get an error “connect_error_social_login_failure” and then I’m promoted to reset my password. This does not solve the issue. I’ve reset my passwo...

    This error typically means that your PSN ID is already linked up to another already existing EA account- usually one that has been deleted or deactivated due to inactivity. 

    You'd need to reach out to the live support team so they can review your options with you on restoring that older account- here on AHQ, we're not able to help with account recovery. You can reach out to live support for assistance on this through the help site here.
