Purchased a pack and didn't show up

I bought a pack from the store in the game worth 700 points and when I was buying it the game crashed. When the game restarted MADDEN took my 700 points and didn’t give me my pack. The game says it gave me the pack because it now says REMAINING: 9. I bought the clutch series 2 pack and expires in 1 day. 

ALSO IS EVERYONE ELSE GETTING RIPPED OFF WITH TRAINING IN THEIR CARDS. I LOST OVER 5,000 TRAINING WHEN THEY UPDATED THE CARDS YESTERDAY!

    I've personally experiences some pack errors over the years myself, but backing out of MUT and re-entering it usually popped  the pack up the screen or in the unopened pack section. It's also possible the transaction didn't go through and your coins/points could have been refunded. Playing a game can help push progress and transactions through on the account as well. Don't worry, we will make sure you get the pack(s) you purchased.

    If power cycling your console doesn't do the trick please contact our Live-Support team at Help.EA.com or on Twitter at EA Help so they can get the pack(s) added to your account. 👍
