Purchased Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe Season Edition on Xbox One
As the subject line says, I bought the Super Deluxe Season Edition of the game on the xbox one. I didn't receive a code. I didn't receive packs. I got only the base game, and nothing else. It claims I received points, though I haven't any idea why, as that hasn't showed up either. The xbox one marketplace says that it comes with 44 packs, and says nothing about a delay, or anything, in fact, it pretty much says I just get them ("included when you upgrade to the Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe: Season Edition!") . In fact, it goes on to say in the large, bold text that "Pro packs will be automatically downloaded with the game".
So where are my pro packs.
Additional info: I bought it today. I am experienced in the transaction taking up to 24 hours to process...but I would very much like an answer as soon as possible.
