Purchased points today. I was charged and did not receive the points.

Today I purchased 1050 points for $9.99 plus tax which was $10.54. I was instantly charged and the money was removed from the account and I also received a confirmation email that I had place the ord...

Whats up guys I dont know if your on Xbox live but I just spoke to a EA rep and then I looked at http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status Billing is down on Microsofts end right now. EA rep said when it comes back up on there end the points should go through. Idk if this is true sounds good makes sence so I figured I share it.
