QB taking Knee/Fair Catch

Where is the play for QB taking a knee and how do you fair catch or take a knee in endzone

    @DJMikeAntonelli The QB Kneel play is in the Special Teams.

    On PS4/XBox the button to call fair catch is Triangle/Y while the kickoff or punt is in the air.
