Is the sound coming through your T.V. or do you use a headset? Does this happen when you start a new Face of the Franchise? (This way we can identify if it's related to that save file)
Have you tried a power cycle with your console yet to see if that would clear this up? We haven't seen too many reports around this so hopefully it's a small tech hiccup that can be fixed after a power cycle.
Power Cycle
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
Audio is coming from my tv. It happens when loading most recent qb1. I don’t remember if it happened the very first time. I play it almost every night and it happens every time. So the PlayStation is off most of the day and then load up qb1 and no audio. So I think a power cycle isn’t the trick. I will definitely load it up tonight and try it anyways tho

Can you try making some slight adjustments to the audio settings on the PS4 to see if that helps? This way we can pinpoint if it's a specific setting that's causing it for Madden 20? Thanks for getting back and troubleshooting this with me.

- @EA_Blueberry Not sure what you want me to do with the system settings. That page just tells you about the audio settings. I did find another thing about the bug. If you load up the most recent qb1 the music goes out but if you don’t load anything up and back out to the main menu the game music will remain off until you load all the way into a game or mini game. Only way I’ve found to get music back is going into a game or loading training session in qb1
