Community ManagerCan you try making some slight adjustments to the audio settings on the PS4 to see if that helps? This way we can pinpoint if it's a specific setting that's causing it for Madden 20? Thanks for getting back and troubleshooting this with me.

- @EA_Blueberry Not sure what you want me to do with the system settings. That page just tells you about the audio settings. I did find another thing about the bug. If you load up the most recent qb1 the music goes out but if you don’t load anything up and back out to the main menu the game music will remain off until you load all the way into a game or mini game. Only way I’ve found to get music back is going into a game or loading training session in qb1

Thank you for the report we'll get this tracked down! Strange it's only happening to Madden and this could be a longshot, but have you tried re-inserting the cables for the PS4 into the TV in the event one could be slightly loose?
- @EA_Blueberry I made sure all cords and wires are tightly in system and tv. Still happening. I don’t want to but should I delete the game file from the ps4 and re download it?
