@EA_Blueberry Not sure what you want me to do with the system settings. That page just tells you about the audio settings. I did find another thing about the bug. If you load up the most recent qb1 the music goes out but if you don’t load anything up and back out to the main menu the game music will remain off until you load all the way into a game or mini game. Only way I’ve found to get music back is going into a game or loading training session in qb1

Community ManagerThank you for the report we'll get this tracked down! Strange it's only happening to Madden and this could be a longshot, but have you tried re-inserting the cables for the PS4 into the TV in the event one could be slightly loose?
- @EA_Blueberry I made sure all cords and wires are tightly in system and tv. Still happening. I don’t want to but should I delete the game file from the ps4 and re download it?

Re-downloading the game can very well fix it. Always a possibility of corrupted files when there are audio or in-game errors. I know it's not ideal, but if that path wasn't taken yet and it's severely disrupting your enjoyment of the game I say go for it.
You may want to reboot your network first though so a fresh link to the EA servers and Sony servers are refreshed.
Reboot the Network
- Unplug the modem/router power for about 5 minutes to refresh the network. A fresh connection can help clear up most basic connectivity issues.
Restoring the license on the PS4 can help fix game issues too. Here is how to do that.
- @EA_Blueberry I deleted and re downloaded the game but still same result. Pretty sure this is gonna be some sort of audio glitch
