Community ManagerRe-downloading the game can very well fix it. Always a possibility of corrupted files when there are audio or in-game errors. I know it's not ideal, but if that path wasn't taken yet and it's severely disrupting your enjoyment of the game I say go for it.
You may want to reboot your network first though so a fresh link to the EA servers and Sony servers are refreshed.
Reboot the Network
- Unplug the modem/router power for about 5 minutes to refresh the network. A fresh connection can help clear up most basic connectivity issues.
Restoring the license on the PS4 can help fix game issues too. Here is how to do that.
@EA_Blueberry I deleted and re downloaded the game but still same result. Pretty sure this is gonna be some sort of audio glitch

Do you have any corrupted cloud saves?

- @EA_Blueberry I’ve checked my save files and I see no corrupted files. Just logged into qb1 2 different times today and both times game music still stops playing

Have you tried reinstalling the game and/or clearing the saved game data?
What type of headset do you have and what audio settings do you have selected on your Xbox?Do you use an external hard drive for your Xbox?
