QB1 mode no play art or kicking meter

Summarize your bug At some point when playing the first round of the playoffs the on field play art disappears and so does the kicking meter. So I cannot punt or kick. I notice that the first down line also goes missing. If I alt tab out and go back in it appears to bring stuff back.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play QB1 mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't see play art or kicking meter
What do you expect to see? Play art when pulling LT or a kicking meter to kick
