Qr scan won't stop poping up when i try to log in.

I'm trying to play madden 22 on xbox series x and I need to sign in. I hit the right trigger button to sign in and a QR scan code popped up to change password. It helped me change my password since I didn't remember it. So I loaded game back up and QR scan code keeps popping up and won't let me sign in. Please help me. Plus I can't figure out how to actually contact ea.
