Hey there.
Can you both try something for me to see if it helps? First, go into your Team Visuals in MUT and try switching to a different uniform and coach. See if it lets you play the Solo Challenge after that.
If it still isn't working afterward try creating a new lineup and use the generate best lineup option. Set the new lineup as your active lineup and try playing the Solo Challenge again.
